The purpose of Pylon is twofold:

First is a portfolio side of the founder's (Casey Jone's) work. To be able to express and show the different mediums he has utilized and created his conceptual content.

Second is how Pylon is growing to have it integrate with other social media platforms to allow users to come to the site, sign up for updates and become members to be able to post their own work on the website, make groups, categories and make post as well about the user's own artwork.
